Modern society have more and more requirements of teachers.Microteaching is an important and the main way of promoting thenormal colleges and universities to cultivate students’ teachingskills.According to the characteristics of the subject and teachingskills classification theory,we created a complete set of normalcolleges and universities students microteaching evaluation standardbased on the basic situation of microteaching. By using the casestudy method we applied the evaluation standard system to actualmicroteaching. To a certain extent,that verified the effectiveness ofthe microteaching evaluation standard. The main innovation of thepaper is that it covers all the phases of the microteaching, and putsthe teaching plans which is often overlooked in microteachingpractice,such as training stage into the evaluation standard.Thatmakes the evaluation standard more complete and detailed.Evaluation have diverse subjects, abandoning only evaluating fromthe perspective of teacher.Adding the self-evaluation of studentsmakes students become the main body of evaluation,which makes theevaluation standard of microteaching more scientific, universal,applicable, and can better play the role.
