Research On The Application Of Microteaching In Three Teaching Skills Training For PE Teachers

Micro teaching is modern pedagogy,psychology as a theoretical basis using audio video technology, based on feedback and evaluation of teaching,step bystep, a system of pre-service or on-the-job teacher training teaching skills of a kind ofscientific training methods.Microteaching mostly from existing research on the theoryand practice of declarative knowledge of teaching skills, and the results of these studiesused to teach procedural knowledge-based physical education teachers toexplain,demonstrate, and error correction skills training fitness,satisfaction and support,etc.there are further improved. How PE Students teaching skill straining,micro-teachingas well as micro-teaching training programs on how to change to improve the teachingskills of teachers to promote the professional development of teachers teaching skills,isa worthy subject of study.In order to improve the teaching skills of PE Students will microteaching scheme toimprove sports skills in teaching normal students. Use of literature, expert interviews,teaching experiments and mathematical statistics, survey and experimental research onmicro-teaching in PE Students of explanation, demonstration, correcting skillsapplication started. The study includes: Building a micro-teaching pilot program, theproblem research ideas, research technical route, the principles of experimental design,experimental design model, the implementation of the experimental procedures,controls, and several other aspects of the experiment, it is to explain to PhysicalEducation, demonstration, correcting experimental study skills.
