Nowadays, with the curriculum reform in senior high school of Xinjiang, the problem of how to train students of Normal University to adapt the curriculum reform has been more impormant. As a teacher, Teachers'professional behaviors have many traits and need some techniques , which require special trainings. So this article is based on the theoretical background of microteaching, and with the guidance of the present-day instruction idea, and integrate the teaching of"The Theory of Physics Instruction"in order to cultivate the teaching ability of the students from normal university of xinjiang, and then exploit the value of the microteaching, and finally give some advice for promoting students'teaching skills by microteaching.This paper combines five parts, and it uses a number of domestic and abroad literatures for reference, discusses the implementation of microteaching based on the analysis of theory and practice, concludes the accomplishment of the implementation of microteaching, analyzes the question in them and takes the relative measuerment to the problem in order to impel the implementatiom of microteacing in Normal University of Xinjiang.The conclusion shows that the microteaching has obtained some accomplishment. For example, solidfy the belief of becoming a teacher and self-confidence, the students'interest in study is improving. Meanwhile, there are also some questions which exist in the implementation of sciedce curriculun. The microteaching teacher's knowledge sructure is single. The instument for microteaching is droopping behind.Finally, further adjustment was still needed. The paper put forward the measurement which could further bring microteaching into practice on the basic of the study result and theory of the microteaching curriculum.
