The explaining lesson is a form of teaching research,which is a creative design and elaboration for teaching contents , teaching purpose , teaching methods and teaching procedures according to the request of quality education,curriculum standard and teaching theories . Microteaching is used in this article . In order to cultivate the students'teaching-skill, this article studies the explaining lesson of P.E. specialization students who are from P.E. Department of academic normal education.The article adapts many kinds of methods,such as documents and material,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,teaching experiment and mathematics and physics statistic analysis,and so on;conducts a theoretical research on"the explaining lesson"of Microteaching in terms of its"design principle","categorized principle of technical ability of teaching and specific categorized system","teaching program","teaching- skill assessment",etc.So as to prove the feasibilities of applying Microteaching to the explaining lesson for P.E. majors in academic normal education.The teaching experiment shows that the Microteaching method is effective for the normal students to improve their ability in"The explaining lesson",and Microteaching helps to improve students'teaching skill,which is even more than traditional teaching (P<0.01). Microteaching is used as a training method to improve the teaching skill of the P.E. students in academic normal college,which has the characters of clear purpose,obvious emphasis and easy to control and grasp.It is helpful for the students to improve their P.E. teaching levels or abilities and it can effectively shorten transformation time between students and teachers.It has solved the problem that the practicing chances are less for the P.E. students while they are studying in college.It has improved the students'normal qualities to obtain the employment chance.Therefore,Microteaching is not only suitable for the explaining lesson in academic normal sports education,but also provides beneficial references for other sports subjects.
