O-3-year-old babies and infants education in China have been included in pre-school education system, but currently domestic preschool education institution can only receive part of babies and infants, In order to meet the parents education needs of 0-3 year-old babies and infants, pre-school education began to introduce market mechanisms, which will make the parents in a market environment, the parents must have sufficient knowledge and ability to collect full information and make the correct judgment choice fastly for choosing enlightenment education institution, so which performance and indicators parents choose 0-3 years old babies and infants'institution based primarily on is important, This research take parents' education choice content as a breakthrough point, has studied the parents' education choice contents for 0-3 year-old babies and infants, as well as the errors that reflects from this parents'education choices content and concept.This research using documents, questionnaires, and case law, investigated and studied to 0-3 year-old babies and infants parents'education choices basic situation in Guilin main city as well as the education choices content and the erroneous zone. In analyzes the domestic and foreign related literature foundation, this research design the questionnaire from the dimensions of material environment, curriculum, teaching method, teachers, homeland communication. Surveyed to 160 0-3 year-old babies and infants' parents in the main city of Guilin,and depth interviews with eight 0-3 year-old babies and infants' parents, obtained the present situation for 0-3 year-old babies and infants parent education choice content.Questionnaires and interviews showed that:parents pay attention to early childhood education for 0-3 year-old infants gradually; parents were satisfied to the content of educational choice, the partial parents's education choice content and this education idea reflected from this existence insufficiency, such as take the enlightenment education institution's reputation as the only standard for selection;convenience as the primary content of parent education choice;emphasizing knowledge and learning and emphasizing on the intellectual development; educational methods ignoring physical and psychological characteristics of 0-3 year-old babies and infants;thinking 0-3 year-old babies and infants do not have the ability to learn.According to the survey indicated the problem, the author gives following suggest:Firs,the implementation to parents of 0-3 year-old babies and infants for education choices:1. Parents should consider education choice content to be more comprehensive2. Parents should pay attention to the quality of early childhood education institution 3.Parents should be comprehensive evaluation of infants and young children4. The Parents should pay more attention to the compliance for teaching way and 0-3 year-old babies and infants characteristics. Parents should correctly understand the "learning" concept.
