| With the rapid development of the society, the early education of zero tothree-year-old infants is closely concerned about. It has gradually putinto the extension stage of pre-school education, some zero tothree-year-old infants educational institutions have been opened, whichdraw great attention of the society and parents, though these neweducational modes are still in the initial stage of development. As itsdevelopment is still not mature enough without professional teachertraining institutions for this education, and most educational theoriesalso come from western countries, many problems appear in theseinstitutions, such as education idea is biased, lack of standardizedmanagement, not having a long-term development potential, it can notfunction to improve education quality for the infants of this age group.The purpose of this study is to explore how to help these institutions tomaximize the function of education under the background of preschooleducation reform and humanity economic development in the city ofBayannaoer, to develop scientifically and regularly from the aspects ofeducational idea, mode and management, and to make these institutionsin favor of the infants’ development and meet the needs of modern social development. We investigated these institutions in Bayannaoercity through visits, surveys and other methods, the result shows thatthere are many problems in this education. Some of the early educationinstitutions are for the purpose of profit, and put too much emphasis ontheir forms and neglect the quality of education. These institutions lackdeep cultural education foundation, follow a certain educationalphilosophy too much, can not be objective and comprehensive inunderstanding educational theories. The education for this stage is notpaid close attention, so it’s difficult to start. In order to meet therequirements of parents, these institutions don’t follow the infantdevelopment law and the education law from the teaching mode tocontent. Because of the humananity economic and other restrictedfactors, there are many problems in the communication between parentsand the institutions.Therefore, according to the educational institution ofthe Bayannaoer City Kindergarten as a plot, through action research,through practical investigation and literatural materials, the writer hereputs forword the systematic solutions: Firstly, to realize the Trinity ofearly education, family, and community, through a variety of ways toestablish the education public service system, through which to expandthe influence, calls on the Department of education to unite the women’sFederation, office and other government departments to play an activefunction, to improve the young generation ’s quality by policy supporting; Secondly, to perfect the management mode, explore theeducation theory, improve the professional management, regularizeauthority set, staffing scientifically; Thirdly, the early educationdevelopment and teachers are closely related, only by establishing astrong group of teachers can we develop it, which is the essential part,and to strengthen the construction of teachers’ team and training with avariety of ways; Fourthly, to study the infants’ physical and mentaldevelopment of this age group, activate the internal and externalenvironment of their physical and mental development to create amental and physical pleasant sound environment for the infants’ growth;Fifthly, curriculum is an important part of education, to choos teachingcontents, develop teachers’ educational wisdom, strengthen thecurriculum development capacity; Finally, to improve teachers’ teachingability, optimize teachers’ service ability and perfect evaluationmechanism. |
