"Art curriculum standards" requirements "based on the developmentof students, for all students" which requires the teachers in teaching bases on thedifferences of students, promote the potential of each student can get all-rounddevelopment. Firmly believe that through teach students in accordance with theiraptitude, so that each student can get different levels of development and thedevelopment in the different potentials in learning. Therefore, teachers should be in theexisting system of class teaching under the premise, to achieve "each because of itsmaterial" teaching, it needs to be the class teaching, group teaching and individualteaching and other teaching forms of organization of organic combination. After avariety of teaching practice, found that the use of hierarchical teaching strategy in thefine arts classroom instruction, to face all the students, to achieve the "people-oriented,teach students in accordance with their aptitude" concept of teaching; students canrespect the difference development, makes each student take the initiative to the fulldevelopment of students, improve the quality of art. This paper is based on the zone ofproximal development theory of multiple intelligence factor and Vygotsky educationpioneer Kong Zi, Gardiner teaches students in accordance with their aptitude, andgradually found in the fine arts classroom practice, the use of hierarchical teachingstrategy, can effectively promote the development of all levels of students, respect foreach student to learn the art of rights, concerned about the performance anddevelopment of the fine arts. In the study of every student to teach students accordingto their aptitude, according to different students with different teaching methods andmeans, and strive to let every student learn something and make the art education to allthe students.
