Male and female students in learning to exist generally in common, but also have their own characteristics of the group. Correctly understanding and in-depth analysis of the differences between the two, not only in relation to the transformation of educational concepts, related to the teaching idea and strategy adjustment, but also affect male and female students nature development. In this paper, absorb and draw lessons from academic circles on the basis of existing research results, from the junior high school history learning perspective, to investigate difference between male and female performance, analyzing the causes for the differences and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.This paper take Fujian province Fuzhou city Taijiang district six middle school as sample, according to the relevant theory, through questionnaires, interviews and other forms of inquiry, from the learning motivation, learning strategy, learning effect and so on several aspects to explore the junior middle school students in learning the history reflected in the characteristics of. Investigation discovery, in learning motivation, boys and girls more than from the deep learning motivation to learn history; in terms of learning strategies, with grade rising, male and female students use have gradually improved, but in particular the use of the strategy both have each emphasize particularly on. Male advantage in finish machining strategy and adjustment strategies, in the old and new knowledge association, contact, summarize and transformation ability is stronger than girls, pay more attention to understand and master new knowledge, before the exam anxiety level than girls; girls advantage focus on the repetition strategy, organizational strategy, strategic planning and resource management strategy, they can be better than the boys in class handwriting symbols, supervision to complete his homework, exam will make a review plan, take the time to sort out the knowledge, will be to seek more excellent students and teachers for help. In the learning effect, girls’ results in the first time more outstanding, more focused on passing and two medium layers, but the second, the third to gradually transition to" flat", or even decline; boys in the first has not become visible, low grades, failure rate is much higher than that of girls, but to high grade progress quickly, the second time with narrowing of the girls to the overall gap, first3when even slightly over the girls.Junior high school students in the learning of history caused by different features, mainly from the factors of intelligence, non-intelligence factors and environmental factors in three aspects. On the intelligence factor, male and female students memory characteristics and mode of thinking is different from the reason of difference; non intelligence factors, male and female students learning motivation, cognitive style, attribution mode and character of such features is caused by the difference of internal two; as the environmental factors, the traditional" men are superior to women" ideological legacy and teachers ignore ignore differences lead to differences of external expansion.For junior middle school students’ history learning of gender differences in phenomenon, must have a correct understanding, adopt corresponding countermeasures and measures. First of all, from the concept of a correct understanding of gender differences; secondly, the teaching methods, to fully understand the difference between boys and girls on the basis of gender education"; finally, in teaching evaluation, analytical gender differences, encourage, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses.
