Gender differences is an objective reality, it is one of the most basic human distinction, we should not ignore. In this paper, in reference to existing research results at home and abroad on the basis of academic achievement through junior high school chemistry, interests, boys and girls like chemistry degree of reason, and so the analysis, the conclusion is:boys and girls in junior high school chemistry learning there are some differences. So we want the students of this difference in chemistry teaching as a teaching resource to use in teaching as teachers, we have enough attention. We are teaching to a " gender education " approach allows students the freedom to play, learn from each other.The first part:the significance of the research presented at home and abroad on the status and trends of this research.Part II:Introduction theory to explain gender differences, pointing out differences between the theoretical basis of the chemical study of gender differences include differences in cognitive factors and non-cognitive factors; according to gender differences in physical, psychological theory of gender differences noted explanation. There psychoanalytic theory, different factions of cognitive development theory, gender schema theory, sociological theory, cognitive development theory. Pointed out that gender differences in reasons for the formation of students, including physiological and psychological differences between men and women reason, the influence of traditional culture, and the impact of schooling on gender differences.Part III:The paper analyzed through questionnaires male and female students interested in studying chemistry, love and joy chemical reasons, attitudes and other aspects of gender differences in male and female cases. The combined use of survey data cooperative learning, teaching experimental intervention research study presented weakening gender differences in student learning chemistry can be achieved.Part IV:According to the deficiencies of the existing studies presented in this study to solve the problem-based high school chemistry students study gender differences countermeasures proposed weakening junior boys, make some suggestions and " gender education " factor girls learn chemistry strategy.
