Research Of The Educational Research Group Actities From The Countryside Junior Middle School Teachers’ Professional Development

Due to the geographical position, transportation, rural education development is relatively lagging city. In the process of rural urbanization, people’s demands for high quality education are also very urgent. A line of teachers are the leader of education teaching, and the quality of teachers in rural level’s further improving is the key to the construction of rural education. The educational research group activities mainly includes two parts, teaching and scientific research group is to cultivate the teachers’ platform, have certain professional and academic group activities is good platform of teacher professional development.This paper put forward countermeasures for the improvement of the educational research group activities from the perspective of promoting teachers’ professional development through research.
