In recent years, with the gradual in-depth implementation of the new curriculum reform, more and more attention to the philosophy of teachers development, that is teachers foremost. At the same time the new demands and challenges appeared with the positioning educational environment, people started to pay attention to the development problem of teachers from "professional identity". More and more researchers pay close attention to the less developed rural areas, Especially, the vulnerable group disadvantaged group of teachers. It is significant to the development of teachers, that is the higher professional identity not only helps the teacher to understand and enjoy the work situation, but also promotes the teacher’s teaching behavior. In our country, researches about teachers’professional identity are relatively less, especially the research for disadvantaged group is more less. Therefore, this study analyze teachers’professional identity of the countryside junior middle school information technology. Hope to enrich teachers’professional development research, information technology teachers’real living conditions, and put forward some related data and suggestions.This study researches four dimensions, professional role, professional knowledge, professional skills, professional development, on the basement of analyzing the teachers’ professional identity content, research methods and research results. Investigate and the interview71information technology teachers of Nanle areas in Henan province with the questionnaire the countryside junior middle school information technology teachers’ professional identity. Results showed that the level of the junior middle school information technology teachers’professional identity is overall low, and all dimensions also exist significant differences, especially professional role identity situation needs to be further improved.Based on the above problems, combining with the case study of three teachers, this article reveals the cause of formation of professional identity from two aspects, the individual level and the working environment. As a result, this article puts forward the paths that can improve the information technology teachers’ professional identity. It is that the internal can strengthen the subject consciousness, set up the correct professional role position and be enough courage in the face of difficulties, the circumstance can build a special group of the information technology teachers, build a perfect evaluation mechanism and improve the salary of information technology teachers in rural areas. Hope this paper can be a useful basis for improving rural information technology teachers’ professional identity with the data analysis, problems analysis and suggestions.This article is divided into six parts:First, the introduction, this part mainly introduces the research background, research significance, the research category, research contents and research methods.Second, the related studies, analyses the relevant research literature of home and abroad, draw the main content and research results of this field.Third, the status quo and analysis of professional identity,,find the main problems of junior middle school information technology teachers in four dimensions, professional role, professional skills, professional knowledge, professional development with the questionnaire.Fourth, the study of professional identity formation, combined with the investigation and case interview on three teachers, to explore the cause of professional identityFifth, the strategies and suggestions of increasing information technology teacher’s professional identity, discusses strategies and suggestion to help their professional identity formation and the development from two aspects, the information technology teachers’ individual and work environment.Sixth, summary and reflection, this part is a review of the whole research process, and analysis the innovation and shortcomings, finally put forward to further perfect place and the future research direction.
