Teachers’ professional identity is refers to the teachers can in a positive attitude to cognitive career, teachers’ role from the heart like, experience and comprehensive experience of action. Teachers professional identity research, it is the special duty teachers know survival present situation and the development, on the basis of the special teachers of vocational values, vocational behavior and the teachers of the investigation of the professional sense of belonging. Research situation, teachers professional identity to the state organs and the duty of the administrative department of education related policy to provide the reference, and for the school rules and regulations related to special teachers provide certain theoretical basis. Of teachers professional identity status is directly related to the country’s smooth implementation of the plan and so on pools county study of professional identity of teachers, for teachers better adapt to the rural environment, further understanding of the school teachers to provide reference. At the same time, to guide teachers to better develop themselves and improve themselves, the pursuit of the goal of life. The core of this study is more important is to call for the whole society to teachers to identity and humanistic care, make special teachers in a healthy and stable development environment. The main content of this research, first of all, to understand the pools county teachers professional identity status, second, to clarify pools county, teachers on the problems existing in the professional identity and the influencing factors of teachers professional identity, finally, put forward to promote pools county, countermeasures and Suggestions of teachers professional identity.In order to evaluate pools county "teachers" professional identity status, we chose the pools county,210 primary and secondary school teachers in the investigation. Study is given priority to with questionnaire investigation, supplemented by interview method. From the personal values of teachers education, preservice education and school support factors three aspects, the three dimensions of teachers professional identity (career values, professional sense of belonging, professional behavior) questionnaire analysis. Investigation of the preliminary results show that:(1)overall, pools county, teachers of career have higher recognition, but the identification of the professional sense of belonging is low. (2)the gender of teachers professional identity is obvious differences, among them, the teacher of teachers professional identity degree is higher. (3)of married and unmarried teachers professional identity is more obvious differences, among them, the married teachers of identification of the professional degree is high. (4) teaching course for the sound, body, beauty of higher teachers professional identity, as a teacher in charge of teachers professional identity level is low. (5) teachers of different wage levels of professional identity has obvious differences. (6)professional identity of teachers in title, teaching experience, the school is located on the factors such as there is no significant difference. On the basis of the above research results of this study, the pools county, teachers of gender, age, education, marital status, teaching age, salary level, differences exist in the attribution analysis, and on how to improve teachers professional identity gives the Suggestions and countermeasures.
