Along with the special posts plan policy were implemented inthe rural compulsory education stage school, and the special poststeachers gradually become an important part of China’s ruralteachers. It is playing an increasingly important role in the ruralbasic education. Qualities of special-posts teachers decide thequalities of the special-posts teacher’s education. At the stage ofthe special-posts teachers into main supplementary power of ruralteachers, especially the deepening of new curriculum reform in thepresent, the quality of special-posts teachers will significantlyaffect the quality of the rural compulsory education and theimplementation of new curriculum reform.At present, the research on teachers’ professionaldevelopment and research on special-posts teachers graduallybecome a hot academic, but the research on a group ofspecial-posts teachers’ professional development is few. So, it isvery necessary to concern the special-posts teachers’professional development. In this study, on the basis of absorptionof existing research results and by researching the progress onthree junior high school language of the special-posts teachers’ professional development. Listen to their stories of professionaldevelopment, and analysis the key events, the key person, and thekey period in their history, so can explain and reface. And clarify thethree junior high school language teachers’ professionaldevelopment venation and analyze the factors affecting theirprofessional development. So that providing some idealistic advicefor special-posts teacher of their professional development. Theinnovation of this study lies in the combination of the special-poststeachers’ professional development and the Chinese subjectteaching. And in the junior middle school language special-poststeachers’ professional development has consider from the internalfactors and external factors. The writer forms three aspects toexplore out the object of study thinking and enlightenment broughtby the professional development of their story. There arerespectively form the level of special-posts teachers themselves,the policy level for special plan of teacher, and the school level. Itcan make a beneficial exploration of the junior middle schoolChinese special-posts teachers’ professional development.
