Using F- Scan plantar measuring system and dynamic and static balance ability test items, randomly selected 8 middle-aged and elderly exercisers in Harbin City Square aerobics as the research object, through the plantar pressure measurement software, obtained kinetic parameters based on before and after the experiment normally walking within 8s, and proceed single foot standing with eyes closed and stand- go of dynamic and static balance ability test for these 8 elderly exercisers, its purpose is to measure the influence of before and after the experiment Square aerobics for plantar pressure parameters change and balance ability, so to provide the theoretical basis of the Square aerobics for the middle-aged and elderly exercisers plantar pressure changes and balance ability, and then to provide scientific basis for prevention of sports injury caused by middle-aged and elderly plantar uneven pressure to lead to plantar muscle fatigue.The main conclusions of the study:1. After 16 weeks of square aerobics, before the experiment themiddle-aged experimental groupplantar pressuremaximum is at the toe and metatarsal bones,the elderly experimental group plantar pressure maximum is at the middle of foot, the middle-aged control groupplantar pressure maximum is at first metatarsal bone, the elderly control groupplantar pressure maximum is at first metatarsal bone and heel. 、2. After the experiment, the middle-aged experimental group plantar pressure changes significantly, themiddle-aged and elderlycontrol groupno significant changes,indicating Square aerobics exercises have obvious improvement effect on themiddle-aged and elderly plantar pressure.3. Through the middle-aged and elderly experimental group and control group,we could see that Square aerobics for themiddle-aged and elderly who just start to exercise have significant effect,the middle-aged and elderly who are always in long-term practice the plantar pressure changed little which indicated square aerobics have the effect of slowing plantar pressure changes.4. After 16 weeks of square aerobics, thoughsingle foot standing with eyes closedand stand – go test,before and after the experiment for middle-aged and elderly single foot standing with eyes closed changed significantly, stand – gochanged little, so we could see that Square aerobics for theinfluence of static balance ability is stronger than the dynamic balance ability of middle-aged and elderly.
