With the improvement of people's material life, our country begins to enter the aging society. The body function of the old person can appear with the growth of age apparent decline. The decline of muscle strength and the decline of balance may lead to unexpected changes in posture, increase the incidence of falls, fractures and other risks, and decrease the mobility and quality of life of the elderly.According to the physiological characteristics of middle-aged and elderly women, this experiment studied the influence on the lower limb balance ability of middle-aged and elderly women through resistance exercise of elastic band for 12 weeks. It provides theoretical basis for how to delay the decline of balance ability and reduce the incidence of falls and fractures. This study mainly adopts the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, experiment and mathematical statistics. After completing the first test,28 subjects were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received 12 weeks of elastic band resistance exercise, and the experimental group and control group did not do other exercises during the exercise.Elastic band training is mainly to the leg, abdomen, waist, shoulder and other parts of the muscle group resistance training.Observe the changes of lower limb muscle strength, static balance ability and dynamic balance ability before and after 12-week exercise intervention, and study the influence of intervention mode on balance ability of middle-aged and elderly women. The following experimental results were obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the ratio of muscle strength and peak moment of knee flexor and extensor muscles was significantly increased in the experimental group.Peak flexor moment of lower extremity increased from 97.07±17.00 to 114.93±18.16(P<0.05),peak flexor moment of lower extremity increased from 44.93 ± 9.25 to 64.07 ± 13.45(P<0.001),peak moment ratio increased from46.05±1.99 to 52.70±10.42,and the number of people with knee Flex/Extension moment ratio between 50% and 60% increased. There was no significant change in the ratio of muscle strength and peak moment of knee flexor and extensor muscles in the control group.(2)After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the static balance of the experimental group was significantly improved. The Romberg sign increased from38.51±4.70 to 83.11±7.91(P<0.01),and the Romberg sign increased from 7.79±1.28 to 26.62±3.04(P<0.01).Before and after the control group, there was no significant change in the static balance of middle-aged and elderly women.(3)After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the scores of dynamic coordination, dynamic stability and comprehensive assessment of the elderly women in the experimental group were significantly improved, the score of dynamic coordination increased from 86.93±5.44 to 88.14±5.60(P<0.01),the score of dynamic stability increased from 73.79±10.80 to 84.93±6.89(P<0.01),and the score of comprehensive assessment increased from 75.71±8.16 to 82.57±6.18.Compared with the control group, the score of dynamic equilibrium in the experimental group was significantlydifferent(P<0.05).In the control group, there was no significant change in the dynamic balance before and after the intervention. The conclusion is as follows:(1)After the training intervention, the strength and peak moment ratio of the flexor and extensor muscles of the knee joint increased, the number of subjects with the peak moment ratio of the flexor and extensor muscles of the knee joint increased in the normal range, and the stability of the lower limb knee joint improved.(2)After the elastic band resistance training, the Romberg sign of eye opening and eye closing can be significantly improved, which can improve the static balance ability of middle-aged and elderly women.(3)Elastic belt resistance training can obviously improve the dynamic balance ability of middle-aged and elderly women, enhance the control of body posture and coordination.
