Objective:The experiments of five kinds of posture on the older women and basic test method of balance ability studies the influence on balance ability of human bodies,which includes the study of closed eyes with single foot standing,the study of mark time with closed eyes,the study of balance beam walk on proprioception,the study of balancing measuring force platform and the study of strengthening Romberg's.This paper compares and analysis the influence of Tai Chi group and Square dance group on elderly women's balance ability,the paper studies the different effects of joining in different events for a long time on balance ability from varied aspects and indexes,providing theory basis for better promotion of China's precious cultural heritage-Tai Chi and better improvement of older women's balance ability.Methods:In this paper,the balance ability of the elderly women are respectively studied through the comparative study of 15 people in the Tai Chi group,the square dance group and the non-exercise group.Using Bismarck Superbalance training test instrument for balanced ability training of the subjects.Experiment of 5 kinds of posture on the older women:the study of effects of closed eyes with single foot standing on the human body static,standing balance ability;the study of effects of mark time with closed eyes on dynamic balance ability,the study of effects of balance beam walk on proprioception when doing sports,the study of effects of balancing measuring force platform on comprehensive static balance ability,and the study of effect of strengthening Romberg's influence on human body static balance.At the same time,the Tai Chi group and Square dance group should exercise for 3 months,and the time,frequency,intensity of exercise should be ensured.Results:For each group of experimental data on homogeneity of variance test,p>0.05 shows that before the experiment Tai Chi group,square dance group,no exercise group has no difference.Through the experimental data statistics shown in the balance test in closed eyes with single foot standing,mark time with closed eyes,in balance board walk the experimental results compared with square dance group no difference,examines p>0.05 after T tests;there is so significant difference in strengthening Romberg's influence on human body static balance,examines p<0.01 after T tests;there is a so significant difference between Tai Chi group and non exercise group at the study of closed eyes with single foot standing,the study of mark time with closed eyes,the study of balance beam walk on proprioception,the study of strengthening Romberg's,examines p<0.01 after T tests.There is so significant difference between Square dance group and non exercise group in the mark time with closed eyes,in balance board walk,strengthening Romberg's influence on human body static balance,examines p<0.01 after T tests;There is significant difference in closed eyes with single foot standing,examines p<0.05 after T tests.The experimental data of the Tai Chi group,Square dance group and non exercise group are different in four kinds of indicators and four kinds of posture.Tai Chi group and non exercise group in the feet open eyes(Length,Area,Y dev),feet closed eyes(Length,Area,X dev,Y dev),single foot open eyes(Length,Area,X dev,Y dev),closed eyes(Y dev)under condition of the T test(p<0.01)suggesting that there is a very significant difference;There is significant difference on condition that in single foot closed eyes(Length),examines p<0.05 after T tests.The experimental data of Tai Chi group compared with Square dance group in feet open eyes(Length,Y dev),feet closed eyes(Area,Y dev),single foot open eyes(X dev,Y dev),single foot closed eyes(Y dev),there is so very significant difference,examines p<0.01 after T tests;There is a significant difference on condition that feet closed eyes(Length),examines p<0.05 after T tests.The experimental data of Square dance group compared with non exercised group in feet open eyes(Length,Area),feet closed eyes(Y dev),single foot open eyes(Length,Y dev),there is so significant difference,examines p<0.01 after T tests.Insist for a long time to exercise Tai Chi for elderly women has a lot to improve balance ability,especially the significant improvement on the static balance ability of the elderly women.Conclusion:Through the Tai Chi group and the Square dance group,the Tai Chi group and the no exercise group,the Square dance group and the no exercise group,these three groups in closed eyes with single foot standing,mark time with closed eyes,in balance board walk,strengthening Romberg's influence of the comparison of the experimental analysis;The three months of Tai Chi and Square dance have significiant improved the banlance ability of elderly women,however the long time practice of Square dance has no better than Tai Chi group.The data of the experimental showed that the dynamic balance of the Tai Chi group and the Square dance group showed no difference in the dynamic balance;There is a significant difference between the Tai Chi group and the Square dance group in closed eyes with single foot standing and strengthening Romberg's influence on human body and the Tai Chi group is higher the Square dance group.
