Human society entered the information, digitization, learning age, influence mathematics throughout many areas of human activity, in order to provide a theory of human civilization constantly updated, ideas, methods and techniques, and requires people to have higher math literacy. Mathematics is a science, but also a culture, mathematics, with its colorful culture and spirit of enlightenment wealth bears unique features.To take full advantage of mathematical culture of enlightenment function, mathematical literacy training children to accommodate today’s digital, information technology, learning of the times. From the perspective of culture, mathematics, integrated use of literature, observation, survey research on the current status of the kindergarten mathematics education were analyzed, and recommendations for change.First, the use of literature study of the literature on mathematical culture and kindergarten mathematics education research and sort out a clear theoretical basis research, describes the main contents of the study, methods and innovations.Secondly, the use of questionnaires on cultural awareness and applications of mathematics preschool teachers were studied to analyze the cultural connotation of preschool teachers for mathematics cognition, perception of the beauty of mathematics, and knowledge of the history of mathematics and mathematics as well as the spirit at work penetration condition mathematics cultural education. The results show: preschool teachers for cultural connotation mathematical understanding is not comprehensive and in-depth; preschool teachers penetrate consciousness mathematics culture thin in early childhood mathematics education; preschool teachers for mathematics beautiful feeling needs to be improved; early childhood teachers have the knowledge about the history of mathematics deficiencies; in educational practice, the lack of preschool teachers on teaching strategies to master mathematics cultural education.Third, the use of observation, from the perspective of mathematical culture of Harbin city a kindergarten mathematics education status were studied. The results show: Kindergarten mathematics education goals can reflect to some extent the mathematical culture, but also not comprehensive enough; kindergarten mathematics education content penetration degree of mathematical culture is not enough, the lack of educational content about the beauty of mathematics and mathematicians of the story; the majority of kindergarten can be applied a variety of mathematical education methods, but still tend to be the main teaching method; teachers often able to correctly answer the questions raised by knowledge as the most important criteria for evaluating children’s math skills, while ignoring the important criterion whether children have the mathematical literacy.Finally, based on the results of empirical research, using the mathematical theory and cultural studies, from educators, educational objectives, educational content, teaching methods, evaluation of five aspects of education kindergarten mathematics education reform proposals were put forward: First, to improve early childhood teachers mathematical literacy, mathematics culture play a role; the second is reconstruction of educational goals that foster children education goals to highlight the mathematical literacy; the third is a rich educational content that is educational content to increase mathematicians and mathematical beauty of the story content; Fourth, innovative teaching methods That method should pay attention to the context of education and gamification; five is to optimize educational evaluation educational evaluation that knowledge to dilute focus and emotional process.
