Ancient works is an impoutant part of Chinese traditional culture,in language teaching has been the status can not be ignored.Both the mainland and Taiwan on selected into language teaching material of ancient works very seriously.therefore,dosome discussion to the prnciple of selected works of ancient text that should be followed,teaching material compilation style and the ancient works of auxiliary teaching system design,is of great importance in the junior middle school Chinese curriculum reform.This thesis is a comparative study of the Chinese textbooks in junior high schools published respectively by the people’s education press And Nan Yi Publishing CO.LTD. This study is divided into five parts.Introduction part generalizes the research related to this subject and define the concept of the object of study. The second part analyzes the theoretical basis. Chapter III analysis the ancient Chinese textbooks, mainly Analysis the selection and proportion, selection of the genre, the number of selected article, and the value orientation. The fourth chapter studies the ancient writings of two junior high school language textbook knowledge systems,the help reading system and operating system. In the fifth chapter, according to the results of the comparison and analysis, Made a number of works for the teaching of the ancient compile recommendations.
