The Research Of Private Colleges In Jiangxi Province Internal Management System

After the reform and open policy, as an important mode of running a school, our private universities such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain, the development of full of vigour. In recent years, the development of private colleges and universities in Jiangxi province not only from the quantity, the scale of running a school are ranked first in the country, in the promotion of China’s higher education diversification pattern has played a positive role, but also to meet the needs of social development. However, many problems and objective factors the attendant has also become increasingly prominent, the internal management system of private universities has become a community wide for a major topic of concern. How to find problems, solve problems, to explore a set of effective, private university internal management system which accords with their own status, to promote development, healthy, orderly, continuous Jiangxi private university norms, to promote Jiangxi economic construction has important practical significance.This article uses the literature method, case analysis method, the actual experience of law and other research methods, analysis the existing problems in private colleges of Jiangxi school and the reason, and strive to explore to regulate the internal management of private colleges, effective measures and ways to promote the healthy development of the private universities. This paper is divided into three parts:The first part briefly introduces the general situation of the development of private colleges in Jiangxi, including the characteristics of the development of private colleges in Jiangxi, the general situation, main achievements and so.The second part briefly points out the main problems existing in the current management system of Jiangxi private colleges and universities, with Nanchang Institute of Technology as a case, analysis of the causes of the problem.The third part is to further standardize the internal management of civilian run colleges and universities to explore, try to put forward the suggestion to perfect, to promote sound.
