This study aimed at the present state of primary and secondary school teaching-research group run inefficient or invalid, with teachers’ knowledge, using knowledge management perspective, to study its internal operation mechanism. Study aims to further broaden the teaching-research group research field of vision, much knowledge management application research in the field of education, and for the current teaching-research group construction and school management provide a new angle of view, ideas and methods effectively.This study through literature analysis, theoretical analysis and case analysis method to research, mainly the following conclusions:1. The teacher knowledge structurally, mainly includes: knowledge of students, about teaching subjects and teaching content related background knowledge, knowledge of the teaching. The knowledge in the practice of teaching need inner matching, teachers in teaching practice can reverse to generate these knowledge, and make the knowledge in the process of their own professional development for dynamic change. More importantly, however, teachers’ knowledge has certain personal particularity and particularity in the specific teaching situation. From the perspective of the knowledge of hidden particularity of teachers’ knowledge has greater hidden elements, it is better than the explicit teachers knowledge more rich, more perfect and more need. Teachers can through personal understanding in teaching and learning practice, subjective refining, construction of integrated way to generate them. For the teaching-research group, should pay more attention to teachers knowledge especially tacit knowledge, and help teachers get them in the group.2. Knowledge management is not only a kind of advanced management concept, is also a kind of effective way of management, its natural knowledge-based research team has the certain enlightenment, it is used in the teaching-research group on the construction and management is necessary and feasible.3. In the teaching-research group led by knowledge management, should be built up based on the internal operation mechanism of knowledge management. Should first build based on teachers’ personal and shared vision, on the basis of research team and management of teachers on teachers’ knowledge of the subjective demand, built with the teachers’ knowledge generation, storage, sharing, application and innovation of running processes, help teachers to obtain knowledge, to solve the teacher knowledge, the teaching-research group at the same time also have a better also get their own survival. In addition, in order to ensure the teaching-research group to participate and implement of knowledge management, and should be related to some auxiliary measures, including: choose the right research group leader, builds the corresponding culture, establishing the evaluation, take appropriate incentives, seeking technical support, for schools, combining teaching, pay attention to long-term benefits, etc. Resulting vision guidance, auxiliary demand stimulates, internal drive, measures, technical support and the support of school classrooms the operating mechanism of knowledge management system, jointly contribute to the development of the teachers and students.
