Along with the significant increase in the proportion of high school art students, art students mathematics achievement difficult problem to improve gradually. Most liberal arts students choose to study liberal arts in order to evade the science weak defects, due to the relatively simple mathematics of liberal arts, which chose the liberal arts.Math is the only all arts-related subjects, science, knowledge and since junior high school and high school fall large high school suddenly increased difficulties deepen, confidence and good study habits, leading to lower number of Arts, magna cum laude, weak basis for most students, academic performance is unsatisfactory and even students are fraid of talking about Math.Firstly the humanities students ’ mathematics learning situation is analyzed, and voice to liberal arts students in learning mathematics problems in the process, such as arts students show little interest in learning mathematics and logical thinking ability, knowledge, capacity, lack of self-confidence, anxiety, and other phenomena, and from the students ’ own ability to two aspects of teachers ’ teaching standard and analysis of the causes of these phenomena. From students to look for the causes, liberal arts students in math hard to increase mainly because of the weakness of liberal arts students the foundations of mathematics, learning methods, as well as caused by lack of motivation. From the teaching level to find a cause, mainly because teachers in the process of mathematical education for liberal arts students in the educational concept is misconceived and meanwhile did not select targeted teaching method, and neglected emotion education.Based on the advantages of Arts students learning mathematics, presents several effective strategies for improving the teaching of the Liberal Arts students mathematics achievement. Innovative teaching methods, strengthening the humanities students ’ mathematics thinking ability, stratified management, strategies such as improving home-school learning environment. Teaching strategies in the class was taught by practice, bring about corresponding results, further improved the research agenda, research has been further perfected and correction work for liberal arts students in future mathematics learning disabilities providing practical experience.
