IIWith the social development, social progress, high-quality teaching and effective demand by people. So how to optimize the limited classroom teaching? This is one of our educators have been pondering.In school education, mathematics is a very important basic subjects. In the past, the teaching of the executive class, we find that junior secondary students to the polarization occurs, the class basis of a significant proportion of poor students because not keep up with other students gradually lose interest in learning, until the last stop learning mathematics. Therefore, we want to improve the teaching quality of teaching and promoting student character development, and explore the scientific and effective teaching.In this paper, the daily teaching practice, use of questionnaires in the form of the students really understand the characteristics of the layers, the researchers developed a long-term goal of teaching all levels, for different levels of teaching models, strategies and evaluation, to guide a reasonable grasp the difficulty of teaching and depth. Explore and practice the various levels of the different teaching methods and student learning guide way to study and formulate a scientific the evaluation program, used for exciting the students learning enthusiasm nature of the students play the initiative, to promote the development of students as possible. In addition, through the practice also created a stratified class daily management and evaluation methods, which will create an orderly teaching environment and health of effective feedback form.
