With the advancement of education reform and the impact of urban migration, it promote objectively the formation and development of small classes.education. Many studies show that small class education provided some favorable conditions for improving the quality of education. However, it is not inevitable that small class education lead to increased education quality. Based on this, small class education reform is regarded as the background and the classroom teacher-student interaction is regarded as the starting point. This article attempt to study classroom teacher-student interaction in small class education so that explore and discuss education reform and strategies.to enhance education quality.S elementary school’s classroom teacher-student interaction in small classes were analyzed by using of sociological research methods mainly classroom observation, and with the assistant of deep interview and questionnaire. I selected 8 teachers as the subjects and attend their lecture, investigate part of teachers and students in deep interview and questionnaire survey, To be specifically, the conduct of small class teaching followed by comprehensive change, for example, the philosophy of education, the progress of classroom teaching and learning and the organizational form of teaching and learning so on.the classroom teacher-student interaction has changed, which play an important role in the education. Through the investigation and analysis, I found that teacher-student interaction exists merits and problem. I design five part to investigate and analyze the current of teacher-student interaction, including classroom teacher-student interaction spatial structure, classroom teacher-student interaction time constituted, classroom teacher-student interaction subjects difference analysis, classroom teacher-student interaction verbal and non-verbal interaction analysis. There are five advantage, 1. small class teaching create a good environment for the classroom teacher-student interaction; 2. small class teaching create participation opportunities for students; 3.small class teaching improve the education degree of concern; 4. class arouse students’ enthusiasm to participate in classroom interactive. Finally, the problem includes: 1. incorrect notion of education and teaching hinder students’ classroom participation; 2 unreasonable concept of teachers and students constraints classroom teacher-student interaction; 3 the lack of quality and ability, and the teacher can not achieve a good teacher-student interaction; 4. insufficient attention and develop to the role of group work and other forms of teaching organization.According to the above questions I put forward to five measures:1. update the concept of education and achieve good teacher-student interaction; 2.establish a correct view of teachers and students, to encourage students to participate in classroom;3.effectively play the role of team cooperation; 4.effectively improve the value of classroom questioning;5.carry out a variety of forms of teaching organization;6.cultivate students classroom participation habits.
