The development of basic rural education has greatly important significance for promoting the educational quality of China.The rural small-scale school is the shortage of rural basic education,and the rural small-scale school must be paid attention to its educational quality in order to shorten the distance of urban and rural education and develop fair education.The quality of education quality in the school mainly embodies on the classroom teaching,which is essentially the process of teacher and student interaction.Therefore,it has theoretical significance and practical value to study teacher-student interaction in rural small-scale schools.This study uses the literature method to collect data,and uses the text analysis method to sort and analyze the penetration frequency and penetration mode of the socialist core values in the illustrations,selected texts,and oral communication modules in the primary school Chinese textbooks.Interview methods were used to interview two first-line teachers to understand how effective classroom teaching can be combined with infiltration.Based on the studying objective of 5 small-scale schools in Y county of Shandong province,the current situation of teacher-student interaction in rural small-scale schools is investigated through the combination of questionnaires,classroom observations,formal interviews and informal interviews to analyze the advantages,problems and causes of 5 small rural schools which are existed due to teacher-student interaction and the optimization strategy is put forward.The survey result shows comprehensively that the teacher-student classroom interaction of rural small-scale school has existed advantage: the more opportunities for students to participate in are,the more attentions to get;with the large degree of individually tutoring,homework can be corrected face to face.There are main problems: the interaction is lack of diversity,and only limited in forms;the interactive content is closed,which is lack of deep construction;the interaction between students is poor and interactive interest is waiting for improvement;the comment of class from teacher is single and not high quality of feedback;the teacher and student are lack of emotional interaction.In order to enhance the effects of teacher-student interaction of small rural school and combine with the relevant theory,the suggestions are put forward from teacher,student and school.From the teacher's side: change the concept of interaction and construct the interactive process that highlights “the value of life”;conduct interaction design earnestly and pay attention to feedback as well as reflection;learn interaction methods and techniques to improve the ability of steering the classroom;exploit the advantages to the full and conduct stratified interaction.From the student's side: cultivate self-confidence of teenagers and let them ask questions bravely;establish a home-school cooperation mechanism to promote the development of good learning manners.From the school's side: optimize faculty structure to alleviate teacher stress;enhance the training and assessment of classroom interaction then set the classroom interaction goal of "future ready".
