Behavior habit education is an important content of elementary education. The education of good behavior habits is good for achieving the goal of quality education and the improvement of quality of primary school students. The communication between parents and teachers is of great significance to the education of good behavior habits of primary school students. Therefore, the research explores the communication between parents and teachers in the primary school education. The research has certain theory significance. The research focus on the behavior habit education of the elementary students from the perspective of communication between the parents and teachers. It can enrich the research results of the primary school education. At the same time, the research can provide practicing enlightenment to promote students from primary school to form good habits.The research collect the research results about primary school students and behavior habits and has the formation of ideas and the theoretical basis of the study. On this basis, the research makes surveys about the effect of communication between the parents and teachers on the behavior education by questionnaire. The research makes surveys on 240 parents and 33 teachers in charge from 4 different elementary schools in Changchun to explore effects of communication between parents and teachers on education of good behavior habits.Survey gets some results. (1) There are some shortcomings in the work habits and diet habits. (2) There are some characteristics of the communication between parents and teachers. First, work habits and diet habits are not the main content of the communication. Second, the communication between parents and teachers is not enough. Third, the channels of communication are limited. (3) The family condition can influence the students’behavior habits, which are greatly influenced whether the parents have gained the relative training. (4) The levels of behavior habits of the students from grade 1 or grade 2 are near. (5)The level of communication between parents and teachers has significant impact on the level of good behavior habits. (6) Communication consciousness and attitude, communication strategy, communication training and communication environment have significantly positive relationship with the level of the communication between the teachers and the parents. (7) The working experience has a significant impact on the communication qualification of the teachers in charge.Therefore, the research should improve the level of communication between the parents and teachers so as to adapt the good behavior habits of primary school students. According to the surveys, the research puts forward the measures for communication between parents and teachers. First, the positive communication attitude and consciousness is set. Second, the content of communicate is based on the good behavior habits. Third, communication strategies are more. Fourth, improve the communication training of the teachers and the parents. Fifth, establish perfect communication mechanism and improve the communication environment.
