At present,quality education has been put forward in our country,which puts forward higher requirements for primary education.According to pedagogy and long-term education practice,primary school education is not only the responsibility of teachers,but also the responsibility of parents.Therefore,effective communication between teachers and parents is an important guarantee to improve the effectiveness of education.Only both of them working together can achieve good educational results.At present,with the change of social situation,a lot of new requirements have been put forward for education.If it is confined in the existing teaching mode and teaching idea,it will delay the growth and development of students,and there will be a lot of management problems.Therefore,teachers and parents' communication can let parents share the work of the school,but also the individual all-round development of students is the need for security,quality education,so that students feel the common concern of parents and teachers,so as to avoid many psychological and behavioral problems.In many elementary schools in China,teachers and parents have been strengthened to communicate with each other.Although they have achieved great success,there are many objective problems that affect the daily work and students' achievements of the school.This paper studies the background of communication between teachers and parents,summarizes the current situation at home and abroad,expounds the related concepts of communication,communication between teachers and parents,and analyses the broken window theory,dialogue theory and concentric circle theory in detail,which provides the research object and theoretical basis for the later research.The paper studies the current situation of communication between teachers and parents of XX primary school.It understands the basic situation from the research methods,research objects and research contents,and analyzes the existing problems,lack of communication awareness,lack of subjective understanding,passive communication and conflict communication,and communication content.It is not comprehensive.There is a lateral communication content in communication.This article believes that students' life,learning,moral character and behavior should be paid more attention to the primary school teachers and parents in order to ensure the overall healthy development of thestudents.There is a problem of poor communication effect.All these seriously restrict the Communication between primary school teachers and parents also affect the exertion of teaching effect,which needs to be solved as soon as possible.According to the actual situation of XX primary school education,the paper puts forward a lot of reform countermeasures for teachers and parents to communicate.Teachers should improve their self-improvement,improve communication awareness,equal dialogue,innovative communication mode and improve teachers' communication ability;the school completes management guarantee through perfect communication plan and network communication.The platform should be well protected,and the management department should create a good atmosphere to create conditions for communication between primary school teachers and parents.The conclusion is valuable for future research in related fields.
