Entrepreneurship is getting more and more attention and recognition because of its active role in promoting social economic development and its close link with the national economic development and labor employment. Especially in recent years, because of the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the continuous increasing number of graduates bring enormous pressure to the whole social employment. In this context, our government advocate entrepreneurship, especially call on the college students to carry out entrepreneurship actively to alleviate the current university graduates’ employment problems. At the same time, due to the important role of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship has become a hot research spot of multidisciplinary cross area. Research on the relevant theories of college students entrepreneurship is also deepening in recent years, among them, entrepreneurial self-efficacy is considered to be an important factor affecting the behavior of entrepreneurs, it is more than the ability to better predict and affect entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial performance, we can say that the introduction of entrepreneurial self-efficacy bring new progress and new breakthrough to entrepreneurship research. Now the main research results of current research are focused in foreign countries, in the domestic culture background, research on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, especially on college students entrepreneurial self-efficacy started relatively late. The current research focused on the status of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, the analysis of influence factor or the construction aspects of measurement scale. The related research of the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention among college students, especially make the entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a intermediary variable affecting entrepreneurial intention is relatively lacking. This study focuse on the college students’entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, making entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a intermediary variable to analyze the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention, and take differences of different colleges into consideration on this basis, explore the regulatory role of college scene in this process.This article through present the domestic and foreign related research literatures, to conceptual definition and dimension measurement entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, and proposed the research hypothesis.By survey sampling on three different types of schools in Nanjing in the questionnaire form, and conduct descriptive statistics and voluntary analysis by SPSS20.0 statistical software, the results show that: Among the personal factors and background factors, some individual factors affect the entrepreneurial intention not significantly, part of the factors directly affect the entrepreneurial intention, and part of them exert influence on entrepreneurial intention by the intermediary role function of entrepreneurial self-efficacy; Besides, the differences between the situation of colleges and universities atmosphere can also affect the entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy of students, students of different schools displayed very big difference in the entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Finally, through the discussion of the results of the analysis, and combining the situation of three universities, this article put forward some policy advices in order to enhance the college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, seeking to provide effective reference advice for perfecting entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
