Study On The Relationship Among Achievement Motivation, Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy And Entrepreneurial Motivation

Undergraduates'starting a business is a focal problem in contemporary China, a important way to mitigate the undergraduates'employment pressure and promote economic development. Entrepreneurial motivation is a leading factor to driven entrepreneurial behavior, so, by taking undergraduates as the research object, this paper discusses the current status and the mutual relationship of achievement motivation, the entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation. In order to provide theoretical support to promote the undergraduates to start a business and deepen the understanding of undergraduates'entrepreneurial motivation, this research adoption questionnaire survey method, received 396 valid questionnaires, use t-test, variance analysis and regression analysis, get conclusion:(1)There is significant differences in undergraduates'entrepreneurial self-efficacy on professional differences, Social Sciences Professional undergraduates'entrepreneurial self-efficacy higher Technology Professional undergraduates'and Medical Professional undergraduates'.(2)Achievement motivation can positively predict entrepreneurial motivation.(3)Achievement motivation can positively predict entrepreneurial self-efficacy.(4)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy can positively predict entrepreneurial motivation.(5)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy play a full mediatory role between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial motivation. The innovation of this research: take the undergraduate as example, analyse the function of entrepreneurial self-efficacy between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial motivation.
