As the extension and supplement of classroom teaching, homework is an important basis for the evaluation of teachers and students, which can improve teaching and learning. It is not only the exchange platform of teachers and students, but also an important way to cultivate students’ good learning habits, which can promote the personality development of the students. Along with the advancement of the New-curriculum Reform, teachers’English teaching concept, each link of curriculum design, development, implementation, evaluation and so on has the fundamental change. However, in the English New-curriculum Reform, English homework did not really get enough attention, therefore, it is necessary to do further exploration on English homework management.This paper mainly introduces the research background, present research situation at home and abroad and sorts and summarizes the domestic and foreign research situation from the aspects of theory and practice. Through the investigation on the teachers’and students’ questionnaires and analysis, summed up the current Hunchun A high school English homework management problems. On the basis of related theory and through the analysis of English homework management status and reasons of the previous chapter, this chapter puts forward some effective principles of Hunchun A high school English homework management. I choose Hunchun A high school sophomore (11) all the students as the objects of the study, make the action research program on this basis, and perform it in the specific teaching environment. In order to find out the most suitable management model for the English homework, the whole scheme obeys the rules of plan、action、observation、reflection and replan. Combined with the English homework management action research and reflection, this chapter puts forward the effective strategies of Hunchun A high school English homework management.Through the study of Hunchun A high school English homework management, the conclusion is as follows:The conclusions are as follows:(1) Through the analysis of the questionnaire of teachers and students, summed up the current Hunchun A high school English homework management problems; (2) According to the relevant theories, on the current situation of Hunchun A high school English homework management as the basis, put forward the effective principle of Hunchun A high school English homework management combined with the English homework management、the action research and reflection, explore the effective strategies of English homework management; (3) Explore an English homework management mode of Hunchun A high school; (4) Combined with the English homework management、action research and reflection, initially complete a set of Hunchun A high school English homework management work plan of vocabulary.Although this research has made some achievements, but there are still many deficiencies. In the future, according to the characteristics of high school English courses, I will continue to do research on vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, speaking and writing and other aspects of comprehensive, make the operation more efficient, more conducive to teaching and promote students to learn effectively.
