| Since its appearance in the 1950s,the Taxonomy of Educational Objectives ofBloom has been translated into all kinds of languages to apply into educational field.With the development of society,it comes up with different requirements for the needs of talents,new era calls for updated educational concept.The Taxonomy of Educational Objectives of Marzano breaks through the deficiency that the traditional Bloom layers according to the complexity of cognition,which constructs a new taxonomy of educational objectives with 2D framework based on people’s behavior pattern.With the continuously deepen of new curriculum reform,physics class has tried many methods,group cooperation learning is increasingly applied in practical physics class by teachers.While group cooperation learning is achieving in the process of implementation,it still exists considerable problems,class teaching does not get substantial progress.The primary cause of the problem is neglecting that group cooperation learning is a teaching activity oriented by aims,they are not clear how to use target to guide group cooperation learning,and they are not clear how to use group cooperation learning to complete teaching targets,thus this paper creates new teaching pattern of group cooperation learning according to Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives guides physics group cooperation learning,and draws lessons from group cooperation teaching methods of front teachers with more than 30 years teaching experience in Xuzhou Thirty-three Middle School,the specific contents are as follows:1.Deeply explaining Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives and core literacy of physics,Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives can better cultivate21st skills which is appealed internationally,our nation cultivates talents based on the core literacy.At the same time of absorbing foreign advanced teaching concept,we need to respect local teaching facts.So this paper analyzes and compares Marzano with the relevant concept of newly proposed core literacy firstly,from the comparison,we can discover that Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives is conducive to cultivate core literacy of physics,which has one-to-one correspondence.2.Physics group cooperation learning still exists many problems at the same time of gaining achievements,making a set of high credibility and validity physics group cooperation learning questionnaire can better learn the present situation of group cooperation learning,which is convenient for discovering problems and solving problems.Thus this paper is based on the theory of Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives,and combines with suggestions of front teachers,compiling physics group cooperation learning questionnaire,preliminary analyzes the present situation of physics group cooperation learning,and discusses the applicability of Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives to physics group cooperation learning.3.According to Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives,it explores physics group cooperation learning from the view of teaching design,focuses on teaching preparation,teaching implementation and teaching assessment,refers to the group cooperation teaching methods of front teachers with more than 30 years teaching experience in Xuzhou Thirty-three Middle School,regards Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives as the theory guidance,establishes new teaching pattern of group cooperation learning.4.Using Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives as the theory guidance to practice specific teaching,this study selects class four grade eight and class three grade eight of Xuzhou Qixing Middle School as research objects,which are divided into experimental class and control class.The study shows that the physics group cooperation learning with the guidance of Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives can effectively drive the physics learning motivation,which is benefit for the examination of metacognitive system,perfect cognitive system and setting multiplex evaluation mechanism. |
