The Problems Existing In The Life Management Of Orphan’s School And The Research On The Countermeasures

With the national emphasis on education and increasing capital investment, especially in education for orphans of education continues to develop, the rapid growth in student numbers of orphans, which gives life to assume the management of school education for orphans pose serious challenges. Orphans management is an important part of student life orphan school student management.It plays an important role in maintaining social harmony and stability, promoting health of students, obtaining the goals that the students must learn to.Looking forward to find reasonable and effective solutions and methods.The study use literature research, inductive analysis, teacher-student interviews, analysis ing of student’s daily life and the existence of the problem. Meanwhile, we hope that this study can make contributions to the school for development of Jilin Province orphans.We found some problems. For example:we are lacking of system that can be helped improve the efficiency of management and teachers who have ability to help the orphans. We can conclude the main reasons. Firstly, there are not enough the teachers who look after orphans. Secondly, students’psychological health examination is not in place.At last, activities to carry out safety knowledge is too small.and so on. In order to solve the problem, we can try our best to improve the efficiency of management, the food and service quality. we can try our best to carry out rich and colorful activities, strengthen the safety education and examination and the Qiang Weisheng health education and supervision, enhance students’psychological healthy and the ability of teacher’s team.
