In the comprehensive understanding of Shaanxi rural boarding elementary school, part counties in three areas of the southern, northern and central of Shaanxi province, research sampling object based on rural boarding school, adopt on-the-spot visit, questionnaire, literature research and statistical analysis etc, fully display status of the students'life management in rural boarding elementary school, on the basis of the analysis of the status quo on the existing problems, put forward effective strategies, in order to provide reference for decision of our province government and robust development of rural primary school education. This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1:Introduction. This chapter contains five aspects. Firstly, from national policy the current situation of the rural boarding schools, and myself factors, clarify the cause of the problem which is in Shaanxi rural boarding elementary school. Secondly, study the purpose and meaning of the students'life management.Thirdly, through the literature review, discovery the literature lacking of the systematic study, the students'life management in rural boarding elementary school. Fourthly, determine research objects and research methods. Finally, define the main concepts which the topic involved.Chapter 2:The theory support of the students'life management in rural boarding elementary school. This chapter discusses human needs theory (Physiological needs and Social needs), target management theory, humanistic management theory and self-management theory; provide the theory support for countermeasures of the students'life management.Chapter 3:The analysis of existing problems and reasons for the students'life management in Shaanxi rural boarding elementary school. Based on the actual investigation, the feedback information of education teaching'management statistics, and the status of student questionnaire, this chapter finds that, the students'dormitory management has weak links, pending further improve and perfect; students'security management work is not optimistic, and Hidden safety issues are more; students'diet management work is lack of effective organization, students' physical health is no security; students'health management needs to enhance, particularly mental problem; after-class'cultural life is slightly dull etc, and the reasons are discussed deeply.Chapter 4:The learning experience and practice of the students'life management in rural boarding elementary school at home and abroad. Representative schools include:Huangfeng township elementary school in Taibai county, Baoji, Shaanxi; Experimental primary school in Pan'an county, Jinhua, Zhejiang; British public boarding and so on. Huangfeng township elementary school is worthy of learning in campus culture, students'management, entertainment activities and security management; Experimental primary school in Pan'an county is worthy of learning in time management, interior management, recipes arrangement, extra-curricular activities, ideological education and psychological education; British public boarding has closed management mode and human management methods.Chapter 5:The countermeasures and suggestions of the question of students'life management in Shaanxi rural boarding elementary school. This chapter contains five aspects. Firstly, strengthen the government's investment, to improve hardware facilities deployment, room construction and campus environment. Secondly, in the innovation and transformation, explore new ways of dormitory management. Thirdly, in the transformation and prevention, establish and perfect the security system of campus network. Fourthly, strengthen local departments and school leaders supervise, manage and practice to dietetic hygiene. Finally, pay more attention to students' psychological health education in rural boarding elementary school.
