The Present Situation Analysis And Countermeasures On The Management Education In Students’ Life Of Secondary Vocational College

Inrecent years, decline of medium occupation school students’ quality, student life managementis also more and more attention.This research mainly adopts the method and the data analysis, interviews, questionnaires,literature retrieval, inspects the current situation of life management of secondary occupationschool students. Analysis of the existence of life management of medium occupation schoolstudents present problems, and the analysis of the status quo. On the basis of the analysis, putforward countermeasures of life management of medium occupation school students.The survey results show that, the life management of medium occupation school studentsthe main issues are:1the basic infrastructure is complete, but the lack of humanity in, havecertain security hidden danger.2school leadership and management of student managementidea should keep pace with the times. The3life of the students management system is notperfect, and the inadequate execution.4teacher management lack of students, teachers needto improve the construction level.5of the students mental health problems are moreprominent, the school psychological health is not thorough students.6students haveindependent management intention, but the lack of the necessary policy support.In view of the above problems, this study proposed the following several suggestions onthe medium occupation school student apartment management: first, management of mediumoccupation school should continue to renovate the ideas of education, grasp the "heart of thismanagement concept to improve students" life management level. Second, improve theteachers’ work motivation mechanism, improve the enthusiasm of teachers. Third, improvethe life management rules and regulations, standardize, guide the students to act. Fourth,strengthen the construction of teachers’ team, improve the comprehensive qualities ofmanagers, teachers to enhance the management level of education first. Fifth, the optimizationof mental health education, improve the level of mental health of Vocational students. Sixth,pay attention to students’ autonomous management, improve the management quality of secondary vocational students. Seventh, the school should strengthen the construction ofinfrastructure, especially to optimize existing facilities management level, enhance thehumanized management level, learning, life provide an excellent environment for secondaryvocational school students.
