For explored the effects of different exercise-induced skeletal muscle, select major related with the moment of the target protein that Smad3 and Smad4 protein. Analysis of two proteins of TGF-β-Smad signal adjustment,provide theoretical basis for the signal field of research and experiment date.Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, each group of 10, respectively is: the control group(C), endurance training group(E), resistance training group(R), the eccentric exercise group(I), the hind legs dangling group(H). group(C): the rats do not participate in any sports training, free food and drink. group(E,R,I,H):There were 12 weeks of exercise training.Fist1and2 weeks to take adaptive motion, the running speed is 16 m/min, 3-12 weeks of formal training: a total of 60 min, treadmill grade 0 °, exercise frequency is 6 days/weeks, its load is equivalent to 60-70% of vo2 Max. Animal housing room temperature 20 to 24 ℃, all SD rats of sunlight to 8:00-18:00, cage, free to eat and drink. Extract the SD rat skeletal muscle, on the second day of stop after training.The results of the research:1. Each group of SD rat gastrocnemius wet weight changeExercise induced gastrocnemius weight there are individual differences, compared with control group, group(R) gastrocnemius average weight is 2.842 g, with significant difference(P < 0.01); group(I) gastrocnemius muscle weight is 2.734 g, has obvious difference(P < 0.05), and the group(E,H) gastrocnemius wet weight change is not obvious; Group(E) and group(H) of the gastrocnemius wet weight slightly down compared with the control group,the group(H) average weight is 2.122 g of the gastrocnemius muscle,has obvious difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.2. The SD rats in different movement patterns T- SOD enzyme changes in the musclesCompared with the group(C) of T- SOD enzyme changes exist difference, group(E)、group(R)、group(I) were increased,group(E、I) with significant difference(P < 0.01), group(R) has obvious difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance;trailer group compared with control group,changes of T- SOD decreased, with significant difference(P < 0.01).3. The SD rats in the organization of the gastrocnemius muscle Smad3 mRNA expressionThe results showed that group(R、I、E) SDrats Smad3 mRNA expression quantity are increased, among which the group(R) highest reached 0.283, compared with the group(C) with significant difference(P < 0.01); the group(I) highest reached 0.241,compared with the group(C) with significant difference(P < 0.01);And the group(H) Smad3 mRNA expression quantity slightly down compared with group(C),compared with the group(C) with significant difference(P < 0.01).4. SD rat gastrocnemius muscle tissue Smad3 Smad4 protein contentEach exercise group and control group comparison, the group(R、I) Smad3、samd4 protein expression quantity to rise,all with significant difference(P < 0.01); the group(E、H) Smad3、samd4 protein expression quantity of decline, among them, the group(E) compared with control group, has obvious difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance, the group(H) compared with control group with significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.Resistance exercise can promote SD rats weight increased significantly.2.Resistance and eccentric exercise can promote SD rat gastrocnemius wet weight increase.The hind legs dangling group can make the SD rat gastrocnemius wet weight reduced.3.Resistance movement, endurance sports, centrifugal movement and suspension movement Four kinds of motion mode can induce oxidative stress.4.Every sports team in SD rat body Smad3 mRNA expression levels in the gastrocnemius have difference compared with the control group, So prove Smad3 has a regulatory role for sports.5.Every sports team in SD rat body Smad3 piotein expression levels in the gastrocnemius have difference compared with the control group, So prove Smads protein mediated TGF-beta Smad signaling pathways for sports has a regulation adjust action.
