Cooperative learning as a way of learning, teaching strategies and advanced teaching philosophy, is based on the democratic solidarity between teachers and students. It takes heterogeneous group as the basic organizational form and explore mutual aid as the main teaching methods and multiple evaluation as the main evaluation methods. The independent cooperative learning of student is the main way of the cooperative learning. Promoting student collaboration, developing their cooperation skills and interest in learning, improving their capacity is the main purpose of it.It is a new teaching results given birth by the multilateral new situation.By drawing lessons from outstanding research achievements at home and abroad, combined with cooperative learning theory, this paper studied the practical application of cooperative learning in high school chemistry class and made effective strategy to implement cooperative learning, including the group’s building, the methods of cooperative learning groups in chemistry class preparation phase, implementation phase and summarize phase. To make the study more generalized and practical, the author selected a sophomore science zone parallel classes as the research object, using observation, interviews, questionnaires and other research methods to practice their research work, which has built a stable and smooth cooperative learning chemistry classroom teaching result, and obtain the following conclusions: Firstly, cooperative learning can enhance students’ interest in learning chemistry and inspire students’ enthusiasm and passion to change the classroom atmosphere and the studying methods in high school chemistry classroom. Secondly, cooperative learning can enhance students’ sense of cooperation, inspire their team spirit, change their study methods and result in a healthy competitive relationship. Interpersonal, verbal expression, multi-organizational exchange capacity, and promote the overall development of students. Thirdly, cooperative learning can promote the formation and development of students’ cooperative skill, promote students in interpersonal communication, organizational communication, verbal expression, and form a comprehensive development of students.
