| Chinese language is an important subject of Humanities and Social Sciences which is both foundation discipline of studying other subjects and necessary communication tool for human society as well as indispensable method of ideological exchange. Hence, we should particularly value students’ Chinese language learning in primary school stage. Classroom teaching is the most effective way for students to learn Chinese language,and teacher is the most active factor in classroom teaching. Teaching behavior on teacher is effective or not, directly related to the efficiency and effectiveness of students learning level and quality.In order to improve the classroom teaching behavior of primary school Chinese language teacher and improve primary school Chinese classroom teaching efficiency. This research based on teaching practice through classroom observation and Interview method which taking third and forth grades Chinese language with participation of teachers and students as a sample in Zhongshan District, Dalian City. The classroom teaching behavior of primary school Chinese language teachers is systematically investigated. The survey results show that the main problems of the primary school Chinese language teachers’ classroom teaching behavior are:(1) Classroom teaching objective express inappropriate.(2) Unsightly handwriting on the blackboard and layout is not reasonable.(3) Multimedia courseware making is mediocre and inefficient.(4) Classroom practice exercises to prepare inadequately.(5) Blankness strengthening technology in the classroom teaching.(6) Teachers lack strategies in dealing with students’ problem behavior. With regard to analyze the reasons of these problems to further improve and put forward strategies for the primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching behavior in classroom. Strategy mainly from four aspects: teacher,teacher training institutions, schools and teacher evaluators.
