| Classroom teaching evaluation language is a comprehensive evaluation of teachers ’students’ learning concept,learning attitude and learning behavior,and it is an important medium for the communication between teachers and students.The content and expression form of the evaluation language are closely related to the development of students’ mind and personality.Compared with the lower grade students,the senior students in primary school are more mature in their cognition and personality development,and their self-awareness is further strengthened.They are also more eager to get the attention of teachers,and hope to communicate with teachers on an equal footing.Classroom teaching evaluation language plays an important role in establishing democratic teacher-student relationship,improving students ’core quality and improving teachers’ professional quality.However,the actual investigation found that the evaluation language appropriateness of senior primary school teachers still needs to be strengthened.On the basis of the analysis of the existing relevant literature and theory,in the form of questionnaire survey,interview survey and classroom observation,this paper analyzes the status of the evaluation language,and analyzes the function of the teaching link,the evaluation language,the distribution of the evaluation language and the feedback of the evaluation language.Through observation and analysis to understand the current classroom evaluation language of teachers ’cognition and lack of evaluation strategy and lack of development,this paper for these problems analyzed the related causes,such as teachers "subject consciousness" insufficient consciousness,self-reflection,the neglect of classroom teaching evaluation language,through the analysis of the causes in the fourth chapter and further put forward the corresponding strategy,such as teachers should set up value-added evaluation concept,improve teachers’ professional evaluation ability,etc.Primary school senior classroom evaluation language research although increasing,but mostly only from the perspective of the teachers should evaluation language of theoretical analysis,this paper through the analysis of the students for classroom evaluation language combines different groups for the definition of evaluation language and expectation,further understand the students heart "ideal" classroom evaluation language,for the further study of elementary school senior classroom evaluation language improvement strategy laid a foundation. |
