With college enrollment in 1999, the number of Master degree candidate also increased, non-comprehensive university began to recruit non-specialty school graduate students. Agricultural universities is agriculture-related majors have traditional strengths obvious characteristics of the University. Enrollment of master graduate students provide a good platform for many students about further education, but also brings more learning quality problems. Due to the Humanities and social science majors in the weak position of traditional agricultural colleges and the characteristics of the subject, combined with the imperfect of curriculum, the lax of the teacher management and the students themselves to this the lack of professional knowledge, the influence of such factors as easily lead to students’ passive learning behavior.To improve the students’ learning behavior is not only an important foundation of effectively handling training problems of non-agricultural professional master graduate students in agricultural universities, but also is the key link to improve education quality.Firstly, the research literature on domestic and foreign scholars about learning behavior were analyzed and summed up the influencing factors of the learning behavior of master degree candidate.Secondly,the self-made "master the influence factor of learning behavior questionnaire" on humanities and social sciences master graduate students of JXAU conducted a questionnaire survey, using SPSS to analyze the correlation between various factors and learning behavior, came to the conclusion that the real influence factors of learning behavior.Finally, based on these factors and put forward the improvement countermeasures.Results are as follows:The internal influence factors of the learning behavior of non-agricultural professional master graduate students, learning attitude, learning motivation,students’ role identification have a larger impact on student learning behavior,especially the impact of learning attitude and students’ role identification.In the external factors, learning atmosphere, class attendance rate, the teacher’s teaching methods, the appraisal system,the frequency to the library,teacher management and the national policy support for the master will affect the students’ learning behavior.The frequency of exchanges with mentors, tutors brought the number of students, course schedule and parental support for their children to school were not significantly related to students’ learning behavior.
