The aging of agricultural labor force in the agricultural production process is likely to have a relatively bad impact. The extensive application of socialized services in agricultural production is considered as a realistic way to realize the substitution of labor capital.About whether ageing will increase the adoption of agricultural socialization service demand, existing research has not reached a consensus, and there is a important deficiencies: many studys and no attention to the non-agricultural production labor in the main business outside help play a role in the process of agricultural production, and that usually there is a positive correlation with ageing, which lead to estimate the aging effect on agricultural socialization service adoption behavior has very obvious error. This paper introduces a very important variable, the proportion of household labor force to engage in non-agricultural employment, eliminates the auxiliary role of non-agricultural labor force on agricultural production, and only evaluates the marginal impact of aging on the adoption behavior of agricultural social services. The results show that the aging of agricultural labor force has no significant effect on the adoption of agricultural social services. In addition, under the same age of agricultural labor force, the proportion of labor force engaged in non-agricultural employment has a significant positive impact on the adoption and use of socialized services in the agricultural production process. |
