Research On The Influence Factor Of Intentions That New Type Of Professional Farmers Participating In Training:Based On The Perspective Of Agricultural Continuing Education

Three dimensional rural issues which include problems of agriculture,rural area and peasantry has become the core of matter,preventing the development of society and economy that China has faced.And China is a large traditional agricultural country,so the"three dimensional rural issues" has been the symbol of No.l file from the Central Committee of China in 13 years already,since 2004.At the present,Jiangsu province is on this significant page to change the way to develop economy,also it's at this important step to build the "well-off society" up to a higher level.So training a group of this new type of professional famers which are "disciplined,well educated,with skills of technology and marketing,with knowledge of certain laws and strong sense of social responsibility",has been proved as an effective solution to solve the "three dimensional rural issues".It works positively on stock of human capital,increasing famers' incomes and modernized the development of agriculture in Jiangsu province.And "invested on cultivating this new type of professional famers" was first mentioned on the No.1 file from the Central Committee of China in 2012.This paper is based on the reference from a well-known research project,using"cultivating the new type of professional farmer" as a background,and with a view of continuing agricultural education.This paper sticks on the methods of what's the problem,which elements influence the solution of this problem,and the final solution".These are about "the importance and historical background of cultivating the new type of professional famer;the status and issues of cultivating the new type of professional famer in Jiangsu province;the influence of mutability on be willing to be trained as a new type of professional farmer on the project of continuing education of agricultural in Jiangsu province;and how to carry out this training project more efficiently".This paper has gone through literature research methodology,questionnaire survey,interviewing method,and a study combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative research.It also builds up a Logistic Regression Model to analyze those influences and issues about cultivating the new type of professional famer.And based on those research results and conclusions,it provides rational advice for the project of continuing education of agriculture.This paper comprises five parts.The first partis the research background and literature review.The second part,based on defining the concept of the new type of professional farmer,the cultivating of new type of professional famer and continuing education of agriculture,it describes the features and genres of the new type of professional fanner and the main pattern of cultivating the new type of professional farmer.It also concludes the elaboration of the guidance theory for cultivating the new type of professional farmer,human capital theory,rational choice theory,and the theory of continuing education.The third part is about the status of cultivating the new type of professional farmer in Jiangsu province.It sums up the present requirement and policy support for cultivating the new type of professional farmer,also relies on the study data,it analyzes the achievement and problems of this cultivating project.The forth part,is the quantitative analysis.Choosing a suitable factors from the individual issues,family issues and cognitive issues of farmers,sets up variables of those things which could influence famers' willing to attend the cultivating of the new type of professional farmer.And to make those issues predictable by having a deep research on all those factors with a two dimensional Logistic Regression Model.The final part is a combination of the research content from the third and forth part.It presents with five policy proposals that aim to improving the work of cultivating the new type of professional farmer:1)strengthen the legislative protection of the training of the new type of professional farmer and the democratic legal system consciousness;2)step up efforts to the propaganda to build a better environment for this training;3)complete the external mechanisms for this training;4)make a qualified top-level design and provide more support for this training;5)respect the willing of farmers and come out with a rational scientific training system.
