Study On The Effects Of Part-time Jobs Over Niversity Education Of Spirits And Politics Under New Situation

College students’ part-time work has become an increasingly common phenomenon,has become a part of the college students’ daily life,and showing a continued trend of the heat. Part-time jobs has a positive role in promotingcollege students’ own development,college studengts can obtain certain labor remuneration, improve economic income,enhance the competitiveness of society,increase the employment weights,rich social experience,promote the overall growth and so on. Part-time work has a positive role in promoting ideological and political education in colleges,talent cultivation is the central task of colleges and universities,college students’ ideological and political education is the core content of the work in university. As the part-time work has education function,part-time work gradually developed into the current effective carrier of ideological and political education and the important way. However,in the process of the college students part-time also gradually had clashed with their studies, students blindly follow suit,personal rights and interests are violated,erosion by society,and many other negative situation.For part-time students grow and the pros and cons of talent training, the parties are,however,mixed,in the face of such situation,we must be scientific and dialectical view of the college students part-time behavior,through reasonable and effective way to avoid disadvantages and problems,more important is how to give correct guide and standardize the management of college students’ part-time behavior, encourage college students part-time phenomenon to develop healthy and orderly,to ensure the all-round development of college students,and to promote the development of ideological and political education.At the same time,nowadays the time is in a fast development and progress,the college students’ part-time work would have new characteristics and connotation,we need to think about and research the problem that how to better explore the part-time personnel training in colleges and universities as well as the role of ideological and political education.This paper try to analyze the relationship between the ideological and political education and research from three aspects,i.e. the rule of law,the carrier and form. thus increase the height of the ideological and political education,expand the breadth of the ideological and political education, mining the depth of the ideological and political education. This research through the optimization of ideological and political education mechanism,the part-time job is blended among them,to a certain extent,rich theoretical system for the construction of the ideological and political education. Finally,based on the mechanism of ideological and political education under the background of part-time building,puts forward some countermeasure and the suggestion of correctly guide students to reasonable part-time.
