Research On The Function And Realization Of Ideological And Political Education Of Postgraduate Part-Time Counselors In The New Era

Part-time deans are a group of student deans who have good political knowledge,excellent organizational and leadership skills and the ability to combine study and work as a student dean and provide ideological and political education and leadership.Part-time postgraduate student counsellors are not only an effective supplement to the counsellor team in colleges and universities,but also an important part of students’ ideological and political education and orientation.Evolving higher education in the new era has led to an increase in the number of students and a growing demand for higher education counsellors.Recruitment of graduates as part-time counsellors can effectively solve the shortage of counsellors,improve the efficiency of ideological and political education in universities and exploit this group.Nowadays,the selection of part-time postgraduate counsellors of good character and high motivation has become an important force in ideological and political education and in the day-to-day management of pupils,as well as maintaining school safety and stability.Using a combination of theoretical research and survey research,the function and realization of ideological and political education of part-time postgraduate counselors is analyzed in depth,and the optimized path to realize the ideological and political education function of part-time postgraduate counselors is proposed in a targeted manner,which is conducive to giving full play to the educational guidance role of part-time postgraduate counselors for university students.Starting from an overview statement of part-time postgraduate tutors,the importance of selecting and employing part-time postgraduate tutors in colleges and universities is discussed,the main characteristics of part-time postgraduate tutors,the selection and recruitment mechanism and the relationship with ideological and political education are analyzed,and the important remarks of Xi Jinping on youth ideological and political education,the theory of implicit ideological and political education,the theory of important others and the questionnaire research on the respondents of this paper are used to reveal the practical activities of this The current state of functional realization.This proves that this activity not only meets the practical needs of most postgraduates,but also improves the effectiveness of ideological and political education.The ideological and political education function of the part-time postgraduate counsellor is analyzed to discover its nurturing function,and to analyze in depth the mechanism of its generation and significance of its realization.At the same time,from his own experience as a part-time counsellor,combined with a survey of part-time postgraduate counsellors and university learners,it contains four recommendations on ideological and political education,namely,improving the quality of the main body,constructing a perfect mechanism,expanding the educational carrier and insisting on scientific theoretical guidance.
