The Value And Realization Of Ideological And Political Education Of Part - Time Counselors

At the present stage,the employment statistics of postgraduate students show that postgraduate groups themselves increasingly inclined to take the path of application type.During their study time,they want to take part in different kinds of practical activities to improve their competitiveness.But the objectives and strategies of Postgraduate Training is increasingly divorced from the needs of society and their own needs. In order to adapt to the changing trends in today’s social development, universities should be followed the trends of transforming cultivate academic oriented talents to cultivate application oriented talents.So that,it is the inevitable choice for universities efficacy Graduate Training Mode to develop the role of practice postgraduate education.And as a way to participate in social practice,postgraduate student take the part-time job to instruct the undergraduate students can improve their own quality.They can also make themselves better to take part in teaching,research and social practice activities.What’s more,with the development of higher education and a significant increase in college students,the need of counselors also increase, more and more universities have begun to use the part-time postgraduate student counselors to compensate for the insufficient number of full-time counselors work force,and to take advantages of this group,so that they can improve the overall quality of ideological and political education.This paper discusses the significance and the value of the postgraduate students who take a part-time instructors from the advantage of postgraduate students,and it revealed the personal value and social value of this practice from the theory of Marxism and related investigation interview,this paper also proved that the activities can not only meet the graduate student’s actual demand,but also can enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education.Meanwhile,this paper combine the experience of myself as a counselor assistant at Training and academic base with the survey of postgraduate student part-time instructors to show some methods to achieve the value of ideological and political education from strengthening theoretical guidance,enhancing the quality of postgraduate students,widening the carrier, and improving the operating mechanism.
