With the development of vocational education,and the boosting of early child education, the need of pre-school teachers is continuously increasing. The state promulgated the kindergarten teachers’ professional standards to regulate the teachers’ occupational ability, and put forward higher requirements. The vocational students should possess benign vocational ability. However,by the rational analysis, after being the teacher, the students feel that their abilty cannot equal to their ambiton. Therefore,enhancing entry adaptation, and shorten the time to adapt work, cultivating high-level graduates are the urgent things. The study uses the method of literature, questionnaire,and interview, to investigate the current situation of professional ability cultivaion,and provide strategy as the refence for vocational ability cultivating.According to the survey, the training of students’ vocational is not optmistic. The reasons are as follows, the ability cultivation orientation is indistinct; the requirment has been missing; the training curriculun cannot ensure the process of cultivation; the form of practical teaching is not colorful; lack of practical teaching requirements;lack of professional guidance and assessment;the realization of professional ability is biased;lack of "double-certificated teachers" and there is no clear requirements of pratical teaching, meanwhile, the cooperative training educational institutions are suspicious of professional training cultivation.Finally, professional ability training is a progressive process.Aiming at the deficiency which exists in pre-school ability training,the writer give some advice as follows, sticking the combination of school and enterprise, fusing the industry and education, protuding the concept of practice and application,establishing the teaching object of professional ability training as a core; strengthen the training of professional ability, and building the teaching practice bases. There should be more flexible teaching methods to obtain the best teaching effect. Both teaching content and teaching methods obviously depend on the scientific course object. Supporting the formation and development of professional ability. How to train highly skilled composite personnel in vocational institutions?With a high-quality "Double" of teachers is the key. So create a "dual" teacher group has become an urgent task. With the support and sustain strive, the programme will gain further development.
