Professional Ability And Its Development In Professional Technical Education

This study , the cut-in point is the word of "ability of profession", doing wide and deep study of basis of theory of profession ability development, involving experiment research in some range. Investigating , analyzing and summarizing the current situation and problems during the process of professional capability development in professional college, through widely studying experiences of professional capability development national inside and outside, lack of enough theory support for current professional college's education in china, no clear and unilateral objective of professional capability, knowledge which students study does not match the requirement of future career development. Literature study , investigation, case study, action study are utilized, hackle and summarize the aspects in developing students' professional capability. Try to develop a model of students' professional capability. Based on case study, bring forward some countermeasures.Three parts in this paper,first part, defining the concept of professional capability from professional college's education, hackling from shape,truss and cultivate value.second part, based on the current situation, absorbing and making use of the methods and experience in developing students' profession capacity from foreign developed countries, discussing and summarizing the thought and countermeasure of students' professional capability development in college. with view of use profession setting, course system, teaching mode, teacher's development, enhance students' capability regarding career programming ,widening the range of job choosing, increasing competitive , cultivating consciousness of carve out. Third part, developing students career programming through case study, speciality structure, setting up module's curriculums system, encouraging practicing teaching model, enhancing training base construction, creating carve out environment , strengthening consciousness.
