| The Professional Learning Community(PLC) became a hot topic in education study since 1980 s.The PLC from the culture background of improvement of school and teachers’ work environment. In the 1950 s, the Teaching Research Group had been exited in our country. To some extent, the Teaching Research Group is PLC. To response the policy of improve the quality of teacher training, many places set up teachers’ studio. Teachers’ studio is a fresh form of teacher education. But it is also have many problems, such as the ambiguous orientation and the weak consciousness of development.The research base on the idea of PLC, and the analysis of related literature, the researcher find the PLC is helpful to the improvement of teacher culture and teachers’ practical knowledge. Finally, the researcher refines five dimension of PLC: Supportive and shared leadership, Shared values and vision, Shared personal practice, Supportive Condition, reflective dialogue. These dimensions are the framework of this research.This research adopts the case study method, selecting L teachers’ studio, using the five dimensions to scan the studio, find that the studio is deferent from other education organization. It is emphasize respecting and trusting teacher, inviting teacher to participate the management; the members have the same vision which is based on teachers’ personal development goals; the collective learning is the main form of the studio. The same time, the researcher finds the exiting problems, such as the embarrassed orientation makes inconvenience; the lack of time for teacher to learn and communicate; lack of development consciousness. Based on the research, this thesis finally proposes four recommendations for improvement, that is, provide supports form three aspects; this thesis finally proposes five recommendations for construction, that is, emotional management; clear vision and shared culture; different platform of teacher study; heterogeneous members negotiate and dialogue. |
