A large part of children’s social services organizations of college are with the background of social work education, and staff are highly educated students assistant or volunteers, how is the realization of the children’s right to participate in such a project? This study aims to mining university programs for children children’s right to participate in the implementation status and society within the scope of the project or service is consistent. If a match is found, then from which aspects to improve this situation; if not, then the difference in where, what are the reasons. This paper, by means of quantitative method, based on the universities and colleges in Beijing, with social services staff in Colleges and universities as the research object, in form of questionnaire, supplemented by interviews with collect data, research university community service projects in children’s participation right realize the status and the influencing factors. Through this research, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) the project compared to the project within the scope of social services or children, children’s participation in the realization of the right in relatively good condition;(2) the reasons for the higher education, especially received social work professional training staff has to be higher than the public participation right of children consciousness and the corresponding behavior;(3) children’s participation in university project with the level of the ups and downs of great, namely children "self-determination" of the situation is worse in the "children’s participation in the" decision of the state;(4) the reasons for the realization of children’s participation right should be restricted by the influence of the social environment, in my country the concept of education, children’s parents attachment ideology, interaction with parents and children in school children project should be subject to the environment, thus the level of children’s participation in the production seriously affected.
