Since the end of the 20th century, with the continuous development of information technology, all kinds of modern communication tools has made full application, breaking through the existing communication methods restricted by time and place, traditional organization form has also gradually produced a virtualization trend. The Internet to the scientific research management of full penetration, Contributed to the scientific research organization virtualization and the deepening of the team process. In order to better meet the needs of the scientific research and talent cultivation in colleges and universities, enhancing the level of scientific research and promoting the transformation of achievements, putting forward higher request to the new era college scientific research group, university virtual team arises at the historic moment, on behalf of its generation and development in the information era of scientific research organization new developments and trends.In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad are discussed in this paper and research from the generation and development of virtual team, virtual team and management, etc. Yet for adaptation of virtual research teams in colleges and universities set up and run, the performance evaluation related theory and practice, is still in its infancy. Performance evaluation is the key to promote team to grow and improve team efficiency factor. How to effective evaluation of the virtual team performance also needs a lot of research and practice work. First virtual research teams in colleges and universities and its performance evaluation research of defining the related concepts and theoretical basis and interpretation, based on it are introduced in detail based on the theory of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation method of choice, and worked out an index selection principle, and set up an index system and index system for the specific instructions. At the same time, analyzes the principle and method of using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight and the steps, determining the weights of the index system in this paper, and built the comprehensive evaluation model of the virtual team performance evaluation. Then this paper established the index system, weight and evaluation method of D virtual research team to do the application analysis, for the management of the application and thinking were put forward. In this paper, through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaires, in order to determine the virtual team performance evaluation indicators and weights laid the foundation, and build an evaluation model. Around the virtual scientific research team and its performance evaluation for this paper make this paper is theoretical and practical significance.
