This study expounds the status of Liaoning Province’s Primary and Secondary school teachers’psychological health, analyzes the psychological abnormity causation and puts forward the countermeasures of educational management of Liaoning province’s primary and secondary school teachers’ psychological health. The productions have theoretic and current significance for Liaoning province’s primary and secondary school teachers’psychological education.This thesis composes six parts. Chapters one:introduction. It expounds the significance, the train of thought, the method, the innovation and correlation study summarizing. Chapter two:the summary of the teachers’psychological health and the study of the countermeasures of educational management. It includes the definition of the basic concepts, the statement of the relation between primary and secondary school teachers’psychological health and educational management, and the statement of the content of educational management which can promote the primary and secondary school teachers’psychological health.Chapter three:the investigation of the status of Liaoning province primary and secondary school teachers’psychological health. Chapter three:the investigation of the status of primary and secondary teachers’psychological health. The result of the investigation of primary and secondary school teachers shows that approximately 30.1% percent of primary and secondary school teachers have psychological health problem. Psychological abnormity phenomena are mainly interpersonal sensitivity and Obsessive-Compulsive. The characteristics of psychological abnormity phenomenon are different in gender, old and place where they work. Chapter four:the analysis of the factors of affecting primary and secondary school teachers’ psychological heath. The factors include the teacher’s self, the family, the school and the society. In these factors, the teacher’s self is the most outstanding factors. Chapter five:the countermeasures of educational management of the primary and secondary school teachers’ psychological health. From the cognition of the education of primary and secondary school teachers’psychological health, the leading setup, the teachers, the effective means, and the environment of the campus, it discusses the countermeasures. Chapter six:conclusion.In this study, the method of literature, the method of questionnaire, the method of comparing analysis and the method of statistics are used. The innovation points are the analysis of the factors of affecting Liaoning province primary and secondary teachers psychological health from experience of life, character, endurance of setbacks, relationship of family and interest in major.on the basis of a targeted put forward the solution and prevention of mental health of primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning province strategy.
