Strategy Study Of Interventional Social Worker Community Volunteer Service From The Perspective Of Social Exchange Theory

The disabled due to mobility or physical defects, more living space in the home or in the community, but because of its special nature, the disabled in the community actually needs more volunteers helping, and now for the development of community volunteer service more remain in the surface, not deep and pertinence. And also found in practice, behind these volunteer service and community residents are switching behavior are inseparable. Therefore, in this paper, based on social exchange theory, selected Fuzhou typical community as a case, to collect relevant information through interview, observation, literature survey, and from the two aspects of the community volunteers for research, the two is the analysis of the community volunteers service process obstacles. Starting from a social worker’s point of view, taking Fuzhou city community as an example, try to establish mutually, from strengthening mechanism and three aspects of establishing the common value of community volunteer service put forward effective intervention strategies to attract more benefit, society, and solve the difficulties and needs of the community of persons with disabilities.
